Singapore Airshow 2018 declared open

Singapore: Today, the Singapore Airshow 2018 was declared open by Guest-of-Honour Mr Teo Chee Hean, Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security. The Singapore Airshow 2018 Opening Ceremony, was held at Marina Bay Sands Grand Ballroom and his opening address stressed on building a vibrant aviation & aerospace industry.
Singapore Airshow, Asia's Largest Aerospace and Defence event is held from 6th to 11th February 2018. It is open to business visitors from 6th to 10th February and to the Public on 10 and 11 February 2018. Visitors can look forward to a wide range of exciting activities including static aircraft on display and the breathtaking aerobatic flying displays. There will also be meet-the-pilot sessions where visitors can take photos and get their autographs.

With more than 1000 exhibitors and the presence of Aerospace majors Singapore Airshow 2018 is a major attraction to business visitors. The aircraft in the static display area include the new Bell 505 Jet Ranger X helicopter to the massive Boeing C-17 Globemaster III, a wide spectrum of military, civil and business aircraft are open for inspection, including the F35B Lightning II fighter, the Sukhoi Superjet airliner.
