Azad Engineering Limited, based in Hyderabad, has signed a long-term agreement with Rolls-Royce PLC to produce civil aircraft engine components in India. Under this contract, Azad Engineering will manufacture and supply critical machined parts throughout the engine program’s lifecycle.
The agreement aims to enhance aerospace manufacturing capabilities between the two companies. Financial details and the precise scope of the order have not been disclosed.
According to regulatory filings, the agreement does not involve shareholding transactions or related-party relationships. The components will be produced in India and delivered to Rolls-Royce per the contract terms.
