Bit Mapper Integration Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a Phoenix Group company, has entered into a Transfer of Technology (ToT) agreement with Instruments Research & Development Establishment (IRDE) for the Compact Airborne Multi-Sensors Optronic Payload (CAMOP). The agreement was announced at Aero India 2025.
The CAMOP system is designed to enhance intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities for airborne platforms. Under the agreement, Bit Mapper will manufacture and integrate the technology for defence applications.
The company's participation in Aero India 2025 reflects its role in advancing domestically developed aerospace and defence technologies. Details regarding the implementation timeline were not disclosed.
