Defence Minister Rajnath Singh Highlights Indigenous Defence Developments at Aero India 2025

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, speaking at the inaugural ceremony of Aero India 2025, outlined the progress made in India's defence manufacturing sector over the past two years. He stated that several high-technology systems, including the Astra missile, New Generation Akash missile, Autonomous Underwater Vehicle, Unmanned Surface Vessel, and Pinaka Guided Rocket, are being produced domestically.

Singh noted that these developments reflect ongoing advancements in indigenous defence capabilities. He expressed confidence that the pace of progress would accelerate in the coming years.
