Mumbai Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited has received an order from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, for the development of a high precision optical system for air defence applications. The order is valued at approximately INR 802.8 million and is scheduled to be executed within 18 months from the date of the supply order.
The company said in a stock exchange filing dated 09 March 2026 that the contract relates to the development of a high precision optical system intended for air defence applications. The order has been awarded by DRDO under the Ministry of Defence and is classified as a domestic contract.
According to the filing, the order value is approximately INR 802.8 million inclusive of taxes. The company also disclosed that the project is to be completed within 18 months from the date of the supply order.
