Skylark Drones has introduced DMO-AG, a software platform designed for managing agricultural drone operations, at the Krishi Darshan Expo 2025 in Hisar. The software aims to provide a unified system for farmers, drone operators, maintenance teams, and agrochemical companies as drone adoption increases in India's agricultural sector.
According to Skylark Drones, DMO-AG features real-time fleet management, crop-specific recommendations, and automated health monitoring. The software supports major autopilot controllers and is available in local languages. The company states that it complies with Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regulations.
Co-founder Mrinal Pai stated that the platform is intended to facilitate greater adoption of precision farming by providing real-time insights, automation, and revenue management capabilities.
Skylark Drones has reported conducting over 10 million autonomous drone flights and processing more than 100 million drone images for over 120 enterprise customers. The company cites projections indicating that India's agricultural drone market could grow at a compound annual growth rate of 25-30%, driven by government initiatives and increased demand for precision farming solutions.
