Tata Advanced Systems completed the delivery of its 300th fuselage for the Pilatus PC-12 aircraft in March 2025, marking a key milestone in its aerospace manufacturing collaboration with Pilatus Aircraft Ltd.
The company has been supplying fully assembled fuselages for the PC-12 under a long-term agreement signed in 2016. The assemblies are manufactured at Tata’s facility in Hyderabad, which handles structural work, wiring, and systems installation. After completion, the fuselages are shipped to Switzerland for final assembly at Pilatus' production site.
The PC-12, a single-engine turboprop aircraft, is used for a variety of applications including regional transport, air ambulance services, and utility missions. The aircraft has seen widespread adoption, with over 2,000 units delivered globally.
Tata Advanced Systems delivered its 100th fuselage in 2019 and has continued to support the production schedule through consistent manufacturing output. The latest milestone reflects nearly a decade of sustained aerospace production for the PC-12 platform.
