NewSpace Research and Technologies (NRT) exhibited its Sheshnaag swarming unmanned air systems (SUAS) at Aero India 2025. The showcase featured four types of unmanned systems designed for precision strikes in tactical battlefield areas.
According to the company, the Sheshnaag series utilizes decentralized swarm-based kinetic and non-kinetic effects, incorporating collaborative autonomy and advanced mission workflows. The one-way attack UAVs demonstrated strike capabilities ranging from 15 km to over 1,000 km.
NRT stated that the Sheshnaag series is part of its Fused Teaming With Uncrewed Rapid Effects (FUTURE) multi-domain combat doctrine, aimed at operational use by the Indian Ministry of Defence.
The systems were presented at Aero India 2025 in Hall A, booth 7.2.
