Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd. and Centum Electronics have entered into a Teaming Agreement to collaborate on technologies related to spectrum dominance, spectrum situational awareness, and AI-driven intelligence and decision support systems for the Indian Armed Forces.
A joint statement from the companies confirmed that this agreement expands their existing work in electronic warfare. The initiative aims to enhance indigenous defence manufacturing capabilities through technology transfer and local production.
Rafael CEO Yoav Tourgeman noted that the partnership reinforces cooperation between the two companies. Centum Electronics Chairman and Managing Director Apparao Mallavarapu emphasized the role of advanced technologies in strengthening India’s defence capabilities.
