Bhumi Entech Unveils SHATRUNJAY 1.0 AI-Powered Counter-Drone System
Bhumi Entech has unveiled Shatrunjay 1.0, an indigenous AI-powered Counter-UAS (C-UAS) system designed to detect, track, and neutralise hostile drones. The platform combines electronic warfare capabilities, AI-driven target classification, and layered defence mechanisms to address the growing threat posed by unmanned aerial systems on modern battlefields.
Designed for rapid deployment, Shatrunjay can be configured as either a vehicle-mounted or man-portable system, making it suitable for protecting frontline forces, critical infrastructure, and high-value installations across diverse operational environments.
The system integrates RF-based drone detection, precision tracking, and AI-powered target identification to distinguish between friendly and hostile aerial platforms. Its modular architecture supports multiple neutralisation options, including RF and GNSS/GPS jamming, GPS spoofing, AI-enabled electro-optical systems, and kinetic interceptors, providing both soft-kill and hard-kill capabilities based on mission requirements.On Date:
