We are Hiring Across the Following Roles:
FPGA Design & Development
1. Develop custom FPGA cores for laser/optical communication systems
2. Implement and test RTL hardware using VHDL/Verilog
3. Work on Zynq SoCs, custom IP blocks, and system integration
4. Perform digital signal processing of sensor data
5. Contribute to system-level design and hardware bring-up
6. Experience with simulation tools and hardware validation preferred
Control Systems Engineering
1. Design real-time control software for optical imaging, beam steering, and tracking
2. Implement closed-loop control algorithms (PID, Kalman filtering) in embedded C
3. Optimize control loops for robustness and latency
4. Conduct lab testing with sensors, actuators, and beam steering assemblies
5. Collaborate with FPGA, optics, and embedded hardware teams
Embedded Systems
1. Program mission-critical embedded systems (RTOS, C/C++, ARM)
2. Integrate IMUs, cameras, sensors, and high-speed comms
3. Interface with FPGA and control systems for low-latency applications
4. Experience with real-time debugging, system profiling, and communication stacks
Optical Fiber / Free-Space Communication Engineer
1. Design and develop optical links for terrestrial and space-based FSO communication
2. Work with free-space optics, fiber optics, beam expanders, and laser systems
3. Integrate optical and electronic components into robust communication subsystems
4. Experience with optical alignment, link budget analysis, and environmental testing
preferred
Optical Design Engineer (Zemax)
1. Use Zemax (or equivalent) for modeling, simulation, and tolerance analysis of optical
systems
2. Design lenses, imaging assemblies, beam-shaping optics, and collimators
3. Work closely with opto-mechanical, electronics, and laser subsystems for integration
4. Experience in aerospace or high-precision optical instrumentation is a plus
Adaptive Optics Engineer
1. Architect wavefront sensing and real-time correction systems
2. Integrate deformable mirrors, spatial light modulators, and custom control pipelines
3. Analyze and optimize system performance under various atmospheric or mechanical
disturbances
3. Collaborate with control systems and optical design teams to ensure end-to-end
performance
